The following is the Open Document Format ODF standard ISO/IEC 26300:2006. It is obtained from the ISO standards store at www.iso.ch. It reflects the published ISO/IEC standard. It reflects the ODF standard as amended after the PAS ballot in ISO/IEC, and is also called OASIS ODF v1.0 2nd edition.
I am a member of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC34 and I was involved in having SC34 asking OASIS to propose ODF as an ISO standard, so as the copyright notices of the standard allows it, the standard is hereby available here
